			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6481a5a0022c9" class="direction-step">Wir geben ALLE Zutaten in eine große Rührschüssel und kneten den Teig mit den Knetaufsätzen unseres Rührgerätes für mindestens 3 Minuten.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6481a5a0022ca" class="direction-step">Den Teig nun mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken und 10 Stunden (am besten übernacht) im Kühlschrank gehen lassen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6481a5a0022cb" class="direction-step">Wir heizen den Backofen auf 250 Grad vor und belegen ein Backblech mit Backpapier</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6481a5a0022cc" class="direction-step">Nun den Teig aus der Schüssel nehmen, leicht bemehlen und mit einem großen Löffel den Teig in  12 gleich große Portionen aufteilen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16862190704743112" class="direction-step">Die Brötchen auf dem Backblech verteilen und für 20 Minuten sehr kross backen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16862191242293501" class="direction-step">Nachdem wir die Brötchen kurz auf einem Kuchengitter haben abkühlen lassen können dieses am besten gleich verzehrt werden. </li></ul>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647c4f0d578ee" class="direction-step">Zuerst den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen und eine Gugelhupfform (Durchmesser 22 cm) einfetten und mit Mehl ausstreuen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647c4f0d578ef" class="direction-step">Die Butter in einer Schüssel mit einem Handrührgerät weich rühren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647c4f0d578f0" class="direction-step">Nun die Eier, das Mehl, 250 Gramm Zucker, den Vanillezucker, das Backpulver, Salz und 40 ml Milch dazugeben und 1 Minute zu einem glatten Teig verrühren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647c4f0d578f1" class="direction-step">Die Hälfte des Teiges verteilen wir nun in die Gugelhupfform.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16858689915252847" class="direction-step">Die andere Hälfte des Teiges vermischen wir mit dem Kakao, 30 Gramm Zucker und 30 ml Milch.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16858690590903296" class="direction-step">Nun verteilen wir den Kakaoteig auf den hellen Teig. Damit das schöne marmorierte Muster entsteht nehmen wir anschließend eine Gabel und drehen diese spiralförmig im Kreis durch beide Teigschichten.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16858691954644457" class="direction-step">Der Kuchen kommt nun für 55 Minuten in den Ofen. Nach der Backzeit muss der Kuchen mindestens 15 Minuten abkühlen, bevor wir ihn auf eine Kuchenplatte stürzen können.</li></ul>

Am besten dazu einen Küchenmaschine (Gemüsezerkleinerer) verwenden. Und natürlich vorher alles gründlich abspülen und die Karotten und den Knollensellerie schälen.<br /></li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647b1cad57f2f" class="direction-step">In einem großen Topf das gesamte Gemüse mit 2-3 El Olivenöl anbraten.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647b1cad57f30" class="direction-step">Jetzt das Hackfleisch auseinanderzupfen und ebenfalls in den Topf geben.<br /></li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-647b1cad57f31" class="direction-step">Sobald das Hackfleisch gut durchgebraten ist wandern der Rotwein, die stückigen Tomaten , das Tomatenmark, 2 TL Salz, 1,5 TL Pfeffer, der Zucker, der Basilikum und die Lorbeerblätter in den Topf.<br />Alles sollte gut miteinander vermischt werden und 15 Minuten schön köcheln.<br /></li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16857926262287319" class="direction-step">Währenddessen kann die Bechamelsauce vorbereitet und der Backofen auf <br /> 200 Grad vorgeheizt werden:<br />Dazu werden die Milch, die Butter, das Mehl, etwas Salz und Pfeffer und 2 Prisen Muskat in einen kleinen Topf gegeben und für ca. !0 Minuten vorsichtig <strong>leicht </strong>kochen lassen. <br />Zum Schluss werden ca 80 Gramm Parmesan hinzugefügt und alles gut miteinander verrührt.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16857928159858908" class="direction-step">Eine Auflaufform (ca 20x25x6 cm) leicht mit Butter einfetten.<br /></li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16857929007949405" class="direction-step">Jetzt beginnen wir mit der Schichtung der Lasagne:<br />1. Wir starten mit einer dünnen Schicht der Hackfleischmischung (Achtung, hier nach den 2 Lorbeerblättern Ausschau halten und aussortieren&#8230; die mag keiner so gerne auf seinem Teller haben).<br />2. Jetzt Lasagneplatten auflegen und wieder dünn mit der Hackfleischmischung bestreichen und anschließend mit der Bechamelsauce bedecken und verstreichen.<br />3. Und das Ganze von vorn: Lasagneplatten, Hackfleisch, Bechamelsauce<br />4. Die letzte Schicht sollte die Bechamelsauce sein.<br />5. 			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045fc8b3d0f4" class="direction-step">Zuerst schneiden wir die Paprika, die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in kleine Würfel.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045fc8b3d0f5" class="direction-step">Das Gemüsebrühgewürz lösen wir in 1,5 Liter heißem Wasser auf.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045fc8b3d0f6" class="direction-step">Nun schwitzen wir die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in einer GROSSEN, TIEFEN Pfanne mit 1 EL Olivenöl an und geben den Reis dazu. Diesen braten wir ungefähr  1-2 Minuten mit an.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045fc8b3d0f7" class="direction-step">Sobald der Reis glasig geworden ist, geben wir ca. 500 ml der Brühe hinzu und kochen alles bei mittlerer Hitze ein, bis keine Flüssigkeit mehr übrig ist.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152129465863357" class="direction-step">Jetzt können wir beide Dosen Tomaten samt Flüssigkeit unterrühren und den restlichen 1 Liter Brühe nach und nach hinzugeben. Dabei immer wieder umrühren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152130076553882" class="direction-step">Das ganze lassen wir nun mindestens 20-25 Minuten kochen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152130630004303" class="direction-step">Nach etwa 10-15 Minuten Kochzeit geben wir noch die Paprika hinzu.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152131573914996" class="direction-step">In der Zwischenzeit hacken wir die Kräuter klein und vermengen die Hälfte davon mit der Speisestärke und 1 Prise Salz und Pfeffer.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152132416215577" class="direction-step">Den Feta halbieren wir nun diagonal und wenden ihn in der Kräuter-Stärke-Mischung.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152132515695582" class="direction-step">Jetzt reiben dir den Parmesan klein und rühren diesen mit dem Rest der Kräuter, der Butter und dem Essig ungefähr 5 Minuten vor Ende der Kochzeit unter das Risotto. </li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152134592796920" class="direction-step">In einer Pfanne erhitzen wir 2 EL Olivenöl und braten darin den panierten Fetakäse von jeder Seite 2-3 Minuten goldbraun an.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16152135296817717" class="direction-step">Das Risotto auf einen tiefen Teller geben und  mit je 2 Hälften Feta Käse dekorieren.</li></ul>

Bei schwacher bis mittlerer Hitze wird nun alles erwärmt,  bis die Flocken das Wasser komplett aufgesogen haben.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045f4b666400" class="direction-step">Nachdem die Haferflocken schön eingedickt sind geben wir den Joghurt/Quark und die tiefgefrorenen Himbeeren hinzu und erwärmen alles weiter. Wem das Müsli zu &#8220;dick&#8221; wird kann man einen Schuss Hafermilch hinzugeben.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045f4b666401" class="direction-step">Währenddessen erhitzen wir die Butter in einer kleinen Pfanne, schneiden die Bananen in Scheiben und geben sie dazu. Die Banane mit Zimt bestreuen und bei mittlerer Hitze schön anbraten.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-6045f4b666402" class="direction-step">Das Müsli mit der Banane garnieren, etwas Zimt und Honig darüber geben und fertig ist ein gesundes Frühstück!</li></ul>
