Die fertigen Scheiben auf ein Küchenpapier legen zum Entfetten und leicht salzen. </li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16018087409064196" class="direction-step">Jetzt die Gurke waschen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Auf den Serviertellern als Bett für das Tatar auslegen und mit etwas Limettensaft und Traubenkernöl beträufeln.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16018088211464969" class="direction-step">Den Thunfisch abwaschen, abtrocknen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Die Chilischote waschen, entkernen und klein würfeln.<br />1 EL Schnittlauch,  Sesamöl,  Soja- und Teryiakisauce, etwas Limettensaft, die Chilischote und Salz und Pfeffer mit dem klein gewürfelten Tatar vermischen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16018090597935982" class="direction-step">Das Fruchtfleisch der Avocado klein würfeln. Mit 1 Messerspitze Wasabi und dem restlichen Schnittlauch vermischen und ebenfalls mit Limettensaft, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5f79a35f1f68d" class="direction-step">Nun mithilfe eines Servierrings zuerst die Avocado, dann das Thunfischtatar einfüllen und glatt streichen. Den Ring vorsichtig abziehen und mit den Kartoffelchips garnieren.</li></ul>
