Achtung: Nicht zu lange warten&#8230;der Zucker wird sonst schnell dunkelbraun und fest.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5f786d4fe1798" class="direction-step">Die zuvor in feine Streifen geschnittene Zwiebeln anschließend im karamellisierten Zucker kurz glasieren (also Zwiebeln im Zucker kurz schwenken&#8230;).</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5f786d4fe1799" class="direction-step">Das ganze dann unter rühren mit dem Rotwein, der langsam hinzugegeben wird, ablöschen und auf die Hälfe einkochen lassen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5f786d4fe179a" class="direction-step">Nun den Portwein, den Thymianzweig und den Honig dazugeben. Die Soße nun offen auf ca. 100 ml einkochen lassen. </li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16017286111503408" class="direction-step">Anschließend die Soße durch ein feines Sieb in einen neuen Topf passieren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16017286434003709" class="direction-step">Nun in die passierte Soße bei mittlerer Hitze die Butterwürfel in die Soße einrühren um sie so zu binden. Zuletzt mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. FERTIG 🙂</li></ul>
