			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-602011e092f36" class="direction-step">Zuerst heizen wir den Backofen auf 220 Grad Umluft auf.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-602011e092f37" class="direction-step">Die Karotten schneiden wir in pommesartige Streifen und den Ingwer würfeln wir sehr klein.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-602011e092f38" class="direction-step">Den Ingwer vermischen wir nun mit 1 EL Sojasauce und 1 TL Honig und bestreichen damit den Bauchspeck.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-602011e092f39" class="direction-step">Nun geben wir den Bauchspeck und die Karotten auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech und vermengen die Karotten mit 1-2 EL Olivenöl und Salz und Pfeffer.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127156951723229" class="direction-step">Alles zusammen lassen wir nun 20-25 Minuten im Ofen backen, bis der Speck schön knusprig ist und die Karotten gar sind.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127157513523734" class="direction-step">In der Zwischenzeit schneiden wir die Gurke in dünne Scheiben, vermengen sie mit 2TL hellem Essig, 1 TL Zucker und 0,5 TL Salz und stellen sie beiseite.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127159368614621" class="direction-step">Für den Dip nehmen wir 1/4 des Kimchis, die Mayonnaise, dem Koriander und 1-2 TL Kimchiflüssigkeit und pürieren alles mit einem Zauberstab, bis eine cremige Konsistenz entstanden ist. Mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127161783135510" class="direction-step">Die Brioche Brötchen geben wir die letzten 2-3 Minuten mit in den Ofen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127162704186039" class="direction-step">Zum Anrichten nehmen wir je 1 Brioche Brötchen, bestreichen es mit dem Dip und belegen es mit 1 Bauchspeck, 1-2 EL Kimchi und den Gurken (diese kurz vorher abgießen!!). Mit den Karottenpommes servieren! Fertig!</li></ul>
