Ebenso schälen wir die Kartoffeln und schneiden sie in kleine Stücke.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-601fed684e528" class="direction-step">Die Zwiebel geben wir nun in einem mittelgroßen Topf und dünsten sie mit der Butter an.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-601fed684e529" class="direction-step">Jetzt geben wir die Kartoffeln und die tiefgekühlten Erbsen hinzu, lösen das Gemüsebrühgewürz im Wasser auf, geben es ebenfalls hinzu und lassen alles für 15-20 Minuten  garen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-601fed684e52a" class="direction-step">Wenn die Kartoffeln weich sind geben wir den Frischkäse und etwas Salz und Pfeffer hinzu.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16127060807663249" class="direction-step">Nun alles mit einem Handrührgerät zu einem gleichmäßigem Püree verarbeiten und schon ist es fertig &#8211; das leckere Erbsenpüree!</li></ul>

Salz, Aromat und Gemüsebrühe würzen (salzen) das Gericht, was schnell dazu führen kann, dass es versalzen wird. Daher lieber zunächst etwas weniger Salz nehmen und später nachwürzen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5f79a700c3460" class="direction-step">Nun würzen wir den Salat: Essig, Senf, Öl, Salz und Aromat dazugeben und ca. 20 Minuten auf kleiner Hitze ziehen lassen. Damit wäre die Soße fertig.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16018106374565327" class="direction-step">Weiter mit den Kartoffeln: Diese nun in Scheiben schneiden &#8211; entweder mit einem Messer oder besser mit einem Küchenhobel und in eine größere Schüssel geben.
