Anschließend Öl, Fanta, Mehl und Backpulver hinzufügen und wieder zu einer homogenen Masse verrühren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16018178235843558" class="direction-step">Die Teigmasse nun in die vorher mit Butter leicht ausgestrichene Backform auf den Boden verteilen. Anschließend bei <strong>160°C Umluft (185°C Ober- /Unterhitze) ca. 25 Minuten</strong> backen. Dazu braten wir das Hackfleisch in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl an und stellen es zur Seite.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e85cc65a2dce" class="direction-step">Die Zwiebel, Karotte und den Knoblauch in kleine Würfel schneiden (geht auch mit der Küchenmaschine) und mit den Erbsen in der Pfanne ebenso mit etwas Öl anbraten.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e85cc65a2dcf" class="direction-step">Jetzt das Fleisch, das Tomatenmark und das Paprikapulver hinzugeben, kurz anbraten und mit der Rinderbrühe ablöschen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e85cc65a2dd0" class="direction-step">Die Speisestärke mit dem Wasser in einem separaten Schälchen anrühren und nun nach und nach in die Pfanne geben und alles einkochen lassen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858277985683705" class="direction-step">Wenn kaum noch Flüssigkeit in der Pfanne vorhanden ist fügen wir die Worcestersauce und die restlichen Gewürze hinzu.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858279283334442" class="direction-step">Während unsere Füllung in der Pfanne einkocht fetten wir eine Gratinform (etwa 18-20 Durchmesser) ein und heizen den Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vor.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858279929224895" class="direction-step">Nun den Blätterteig ausrollen und daraus zuerst einen Deckel für unsere Gratinform ausschneiden. Dieser sollte etwa 1 cm breiter als die Form sein. Dann legen wir die Form mit dem restlichen Blätterteig aus, wobei dieser bis knapp über den Rand reichen sollte.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858281235596060" class="direction-step">Unsere Hackfleischfüllung verteilen wir nun in unserer Form und legen zum Schluss unseren ausgeschnittenen Deckel darauf. Die Ränder drücken wir dabei schön zusammen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858282179006901" class="direction-step">Mit einer Gabel drücken wir nun Furchen in den Rand und stechen vorsichtig mehrere Löcher in den Teigdeckel, damit der Dampf beim Backen entweichen kann.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15858283746607838" class="direction-step">Der Meat-Pie wird nun mit dem Eigelb bestrichen und kommt für 25 Minuten bei 200 Grad in den Ofen.</li></ul>

Dafür brauchen wir eine runde Form (Tarteform, Quicheform) mit herausnehmbaren Boden (alternativ: Mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form (ca. 26 cm))</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e7786cc0beb1" class="direction-step">Die Butter in einem kleinen Topf erhitzen, bis sie flüssig ist.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e7786cc0beb2" class="direction-step">Die Kekse in eine kleine Plastiktüte geben und mit den Händen zerbröseln. Alternativ mit einem Stabmixer zerkleinern.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-5e7786cc0beb3" class="direction-step">Die geschmolzene Butter und die Kekskrümel in einer Schüssel miteinander vermengen und gleichmäßig auf dem Boden der Backform verteilen und am Rand andrücken, damit ein kleiner Rand entsteht. Den Boden nun für einen Moment zum festwerden in den Kühlschrank stellen. Jetzt auch schon Mal den Backofen auf 180 Umluft vorheizen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15848969789872405" class="direction-step">Es geht mit der Füllung weiter: Von 2 Limetten die Schale abreiben, dann alle Limetten auspressen (Limettenpresse) und mit der Schale vermengen. Achtung beim abreiben der Schale: Nur die grüne Schicht nutzen, da das Weiße bitter ist. Und bitte am besten Bio Limetten nutzen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15848972161583359" class="direction-step">Nun die Eier trennen und das Eigelb mit der gesüßten Kondensmilch (Milchmädchen), dem Limettensaft und der Schale mit einem Schneebesen gut vermischen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15848972726913740" class="direction-step">Nun die entstandene Limettencreme gleichmäßig auf dem Keksboden verteilen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15848974064964169" class="direction-step">Die Springform in dem Vorgeheizten Backofen bei ca. 180 Grad Umluft ca. 15 Minuten backen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17306303504363834" class="direction-step">Nach dem Backen sollte der Kuchen zunächst auf Zimmertemperatur abkühlen um ihn anschließend für ca. 4 Stunden in den Kühlschrank zu stellen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17306304161484547" class="direction-step">Anschließen kommt das Topping drauf: Nun Zucker, Sahnesteif und die eiskalte Sahne vermengen und mit einem Handmixer/Handrührgerät (möglichst) steif schlagen, Anschließend die Creme auf den Kuchen verteilen und auf optional mit Limettenscheiben dekorieren.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15848976660785562" class="direction-step">Enjoy!</li></ul>
